For a GONE license purchased from goneplayer.com, you may cancel for any reason and request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. This is our voluntary refund promise and applies even if you have downloaded, activated or used GONE. You do not need to give a reason.
We issue eligible refunds to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation request, with no administration fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. A full refund ends the associated paid license; stop using that license after it is refunded.
How to request a refund
Send a clear cancellation request to NEO SOFTWARE SERVICES LTD at the registered office below. Include the name and email address used for purchase, the purchase date and an order or payment reference if you have one. We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase to identify the payment. Do not send your full card details or license key. Send postal requests within the 14-day period and keep proof of posting; you do not need to wait for our reply before the deadline.
The 14-day promise is additional to your statutory rights, not a deadline for every legal claim. If digital content is faulty, not as described or does not meet applicable legal requirements, you may have rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under the law that applies to your purchase. Nothing here removes those rights or requires you to waive a statutory cancellation right.
