GONE does not collect viewing history, media filenames, SMB credentials, playback telemetry or advertising identifiers. The website processes purchase email addresses, orders and installation-generated public keys to deliver and manage licenses. Stripe handles payment details. Necessary session cookies protect staff access and purchase recovery. Download metrics count qualifying redirect requests, not people or installations. For announcements, the app reports an anonymous trial, licensed or unknown category and a short-lived delivery token after a popup appears. First-party daily counts record received displays by campaign, revision and category, not unique people. No device identifier, purchase credential, media data or tracking SDK is used for these counts.
We process purchase and license data to fulfil our contract and provide the trial or licensing steps you request. Security and trial anti-reset records serve our legitimate interests in protecting the service and preventing repeat-trial abuse. We retain records needed to meet applicable accounting obligations on the basis of those legal obligations. Our cleanup rules make audit events older than 90 days and download aggregates older than 365 days eligible for deletion. Short-lived verification, recovery and delivered-message records also have cleanup rules. Purchase, license and trial anti-reset records have no automatic deletion date; their retention depends on continuing license administration, abuse prevention and applicable accounting requirements. Announcement display aggregates have no fixed expiry. Display tokens remain valid for at most ten minutes; expired token digests are removed in bounded cleanup batches.
