A GONE 1 license is a one-time USD 39.99 purchase for perpetual entitlement to major version 1 on one active device. There is no subscription. To move the license, deactivate the current Mac while online, then activate your key on the other Mac. Email-based recovery is not available yet. Future paid major upgrades are optional. Check the download page for the current macOS system requirements and feature limitations; Windows is not yet available.

Internet access is required to start the 14-day trial, activate a license and periodically verify access. Successful online validation allows up to seven days offline, including after restarting your Mac; a trial never extends beyond its original end date. An expired verification does not remove purchase ownership.

The USD 39.99 price includes any applicable tax. Checkout shows the final total before payment.

The application is a digital download. After Stripe confirms payment, your license key appears in the browser that started Checkout. Save or download it there: access ends 48 hours after checkout was started, or sooner if that browser session ends or you start a new checkout. No physical goods are sent and there is no delivery charge. Email delivery and email recovery are not available yet.

These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Buying, downloading or activating GONE does not waive the 14-day refund policy below. Rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming digital content continue where applicable, including after the voluntary refund period.
