What happens after the trial?
The full trial lasts fourteen days from its first online start. Buy a license to keep using the purchased major version after the trial.
Can I use GONE offline?
A successful online validation grants up to seven days offline. Refresh online to renew that window. Trial access never lasts beyond its fixed fourteen-day end.
Can I move to another Mac?
Yes. While online, use Deactivate this Mac in GONE, then activate your license key on the other Mac. Email-based recovery is not available yet. If you cannot access the old Mac, contact us using the postal details below. A disconnected device may continue until its existing verification expires, for up to seven days.
Is there a subscription?
No. USD 39.99 is a one-time payment for the purchased major version. Future paid major upgrades are optional.
Does GONE erase every trace?
No. GONE keeps no viewing history of its own, but operating-system records, network logs and other apps are outside its control.
